Tonight we had burgers and beers with the neighbours. Right now I am watching the Think You Can Dance results. In lieu of a post, please enjoy this band I'm really diggin' right now.

I'm thinking of it as- motivational material.
after watching the show I feel compelled to put the HaggenDas back in the freezer and pencil in some quality time at the gym.
I mean those girls have smokin' bodies!
