Happy Pride!

Another reason I love Toronto.

I know. Our city is amazing. I lived and worked at Church and Wellesley for six years. It was teh safest, happiest most vibrant area in all of Toronto.

I was so proud that there was presence from so many agencies, most notably the military, in a fantastic statement of their important difference from the US's stupid policy. It makes me proud of our country and our city that this is the most fab party going with, as far as I can tell, no fear attached to it.

we were at Hanlin's point and believe you me there was plenty of pride going on over on the island!
Lulu asked me ummm mommy why are those boyz not wearing any swim suits?....
well honey...maybe they forgot them.
let's just go down to this end of the beach instead....

I haven't been to the parade since Lulu was born, but I have many fun memories from the past to remind me how great Toronto is especially when it comes to the way we celebrate being gay and proud.
